What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
For our standard catalog SKUs, the MOQ is 10,000 units per colorway. For bespoke OEM designs requiring custom tooling, the MOQ starts at 50,000 units to ensure cost-efficiency.
What are your standard wholesale payment terms?
To initiate mass production, we require a 50% T/T deposit. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon the issuance of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy.
Do you provide physical production samples?
Yes. We bypass standard sampling delays by air-freighting live, high-fidelity physical production samples directly to your office within 7-10 days of CAD approval.
Can you handle DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping to the US/EU?
Absolutely. Our logistics division expertly handles end-to-door freight, including all customs clearance, tariff documentation, and final mile delivery to your warehouse.
